The 14212 Listing of “In Rem” Properties

Tomorrow starts the City of Buffalo’s annual foreclosure auction on properties.

I took the city’s list of “In Rem” properties and extracted  for zip code 14212.

I organized the spreadsheet by street.

Some properties on the list won’t be at auction, but it does give you good look at the number in foreclosure.

It is a three-day auction beginning  Monday in the in the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center…the homes, businesses or vacant lots will be offered for sale to the highest bidders.
