A popular Polish-American bakery that has served customers inside Buffalo’s Broadway Market for many years is opening a new location in the suburbs. This week, Chrusciki Bakery Inc. (previously known as E.M. Chrusciki Bakery) will open its new location on the corner of West Drullard and Sheldon Avenues in the Village of Lancaster.
“It’s going to be a very small sit-down café with a retail shop,” said Chrusciki Bakery Inc. president Ania Gurnari. “We’ll have coffee, you’ll be able to pick up all of our delicious baked goods and breads, and everything that we specialize in.”
Gurnari told the Am-Pol Eagle that after many years of thinking about a move into the suburbs, the time had finally come to make it a reality.
