As I sat in the upper deck/choir loft at Corpus Christi for Midnight Mass, it was a powerful reminder as to why BFA exists…what is done on these pages and what I do for various places in the neighborhood is done out of love…I don’t know how else to put it. Places like Corpus Christi, the Broadway Market, etc. are places that matter…matter not only to me, but to others and Buffalo.

I am constantly amazed at how other parts of the city have fallen or disappeared over the last few decades, but B-F holds on…there is something here that inspires a lot of people to give up there time and devote themselves to making things better in the neighborhood.
