Next week is the city of Buffalo’s annual foreclosure auction on properties with delinquent taxes.
I took the city’s list and extracted properties in zip code 14212.
I organized the spreadsheet by street.
It is a three-day auction that will begin Oct. 25 in the in the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center…the homes, businesses or vacant lots will be offered for sale to the highest bidders.

What a sad state the old neighborhood is in.
I appreciate the the efforts of people like BFA and others to keep the neighborhood on the radar screen of people, but don’t you feel it is battle you can’t win?
