Monday night a special mass was held at St. Ann’s church on Buffalo’s east side.
The church was founded in 1858 by a large German-American Catholic population. The church bells rang for ten minutes before the mass. And they had the veneration of the relic of St. Anne, who Christians believe was the mother of the Virgin Mary.
Thanks for posting Chris. We encourage all of our out-of-town parishioners and alumni and our other friends to add us on Facebook… http://www.facebook.com/stannbflo
