The Lt. Col. Matt Urban Human Services Center of WNY (Matt Urban Center) has received an award from the Wells Fargo Foundation to fund the Matt Urban Center Safety and Security Program available to East Side residents in the City of Buffalo. The Matt Urban Center Safety and Security Program will provide items such as a smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector or dead bolt lock to eligible households. Installation is not provided. Each household is eligible for one security or safety item. The applicant must be low to moderate income and meet other eligibility criteria.
