Spoke to David Franczyk late last week and his office is going to fight the closing of the Bank of America branch at Broadway and Fillmore.
Franczyk has been in touch with Bank of America and various politicians on the local, state and federal to put pressure on the bank to remain open.
The building is a fixture of the business district and we don’t want to see it sit idle…hopefully Franczyk’s efforts will be able to pave the way for Bank of America to re-think its plans.
