When Monika Poslinski bought the store Cards and Gifts at the Broadway Market after the Easter season last year, she was already accustomed to the great old world atmosphere the market has to offer. Her parents, Ted and Hannah Robienek, have owned EM Chrusciki Bakery at the market for over 20 years.
Poslinski had helped out with the family business, known for its delicious Polish baked goods. Poslinski said with her new store, renamed Enchanted Market Gifts and Cards, she hopes to extend the tradition her parents started with their bakery.
She said starting her own store was “a new challenge and something exciting. I like my store and its fun to be creative and crafty with it.”
