Life is a Highway…Cruise into the Past Car Show at the Central Terminal

This year’s “Cruise” had to be moved indoors as the weather on Saturday was iffy…honestly…my first thought when I started going around the Paderewski Circle was that I had somehow got the date wrong because there was no one parked on the approach to the Terminal.

My fave car from the show was a black 1950-something Ford Thunderbird…what a gorgeous car.

Mike Miller even had his Porsche on display.

  1. Thanks Chris, yes, that’s my old Porsche! I’m totally in love with it!

Thanks to the great guys and gals of the East Side Car Club! They made up the majority of the 55 cars we had on display.

  2. It’s a 1981 Porsche 928. It’s the only front engine, V8 Porsche made. They’re pretty rare.
