Nobody here at BFA likes to toot their own horn…
This year we quietly did several good deeds with no need to be in the spotlight. As My Grama used to say “If you talk about the blessing you give you block your own blessing”, but I’m going to talk about what we have currently been up to because its the only way to spread the word and let others know about this program and the service it is providing to the children in the Fillmore district.
The Dulski center & the Plewacki Post serve many purposes including a safe haven for many kids after school, from a place to play, get help with homework and have a hot meal its a wonderful program that could use alittle extra help from the community so…along with Cookie Cares and the help of my wonderful daughters, BFA presented a donation of lunchables, applesauce, juice boxes, granola bars and many other items to help ensure the children have lunches even after school year ends & before the free lunch program begins.
