First…sorry for the lack for Monday postings…I literally have 3.6 million things going on in my life…ok…maybe not 3.6 million things, but you get the picture. 🙂
The model was great…Mr. McHugh told me on Saturday there are 11 people in the pipeline to purchase…it will be interesting to see how this all works out…my favorite part of the video above is the view from the front of the house of Saint Stan’s…awesome stuff…I forgot to shoot a bedroom.
I have heard varying opinions on Saint Stanislaus Gardens out there…I have said this and I will write it again…my favorite part of this project is that if it moves ahead, it will be done organically…houses will only be built if people qualify for a mortgage and purchase.
The area around Saint Stan’s looks great…sure there are some rough spots, but all and all it has been really cleaned up.
I will post realtor info for the project in the next day or so.
