I snapped a picture of this building on Miller Avenue over the weekend…no visible number on it but I believe it is 45 Miller…it sits between Broadway and Empire…does anyone know the history…I have no recollection of it at all.
Thanks 🙂

I was a cub scout and went to meetings at the St. Joachim center in the 60’s. I also remember attending roller skating parties, I think in the school gym, with the center open for refreshments.
roller skating was in the school gym every sunday 10 cents to get in and 15 cent skate rental it was a lot of fun skating to records i remember one of the older boys who played the records played a new beatles song and farther ray almost had a heart attack and closed the skate early
