As usually happens with some of my BFA plans, today I got sidetracked a bit.
Corpus Christi had a little envelope stuffing party this morning for their Christmas mailing at 9 am…I figured I would be at CC for a couple of hours with my daughter…after, I would take her home so she could go off with her friends and I would be back in B-F for a meeting and Savor the Flavor at the Market before the Noon hour…well…I should have known better and ended up finishing at CC a little after 12:30 pm…my plans changed. 🙂
I didn’t get the opportunity to go the Market…so it goes.
This is but one example of the life of people who are involved in B-F volunteering and what not…plans change.
Corpus Christi’s mailing of about 2000 letters got out on schedule!
It never ceases to amaze me the number of dedicated people involved throughout the B-F neighborhood working to get things done…BFA chose its name for this reason…we want to show the world this little corner of Buffalo and WNY is ALIVE.
