
On Saturday, September 8 at 11:00A.M., Sandy Starks will host the latest in a series of ongoing Savor the Flavor cooking demonstrations and tastings at the Broadway Market.
Special guest Betsy Herzog from Flying Bison Brewery will co-host this event that explores ways to cook with beer. Bread, soup, appetizers, a main course and yes, even dessert will feature the “heart of the hops.” Sausage, pierogis and other products sold at the Broadway Market will be showcased.
Each participant will get a copy of the recipes and bottle of Flying Bison Aviator Red beer to take home.
