Buffalo, New York – On Saturday, October 6th, Corpus Christi Church , located at 199 Clark St. in Buffalo, will hold its first ever outdoor candlelight Procession that will take place immediately following the 5:00PM Mass. The Procession, during which the Rosary will be prayed in several different languages, will begin inside the church followed by a short walk down Clark St. to Kent, around Sears St. and finally through the parking lot. The Procession will end at the statue of the Blessed Mother (our patron saint of abandoned houses) next to the Kolbe Center.

This will be a beautiful evening in which we will carry candles and torches as a beacon of hope for our neighborhood, and offer up our prayers for the transformation and revitalization of the East Side.

Following the conclusion of the candlelight Procession and Rosary, a reception with light refreshments will be held in the Kolbe Center. Security for the entire event will be provided by the Buffalo Police. All are invited and encouraged to join us for this very special event. Let’s be a shining light for a new beginning in our community!
