Another thing we take for granted in Buffalo is our access to a wide variety of different local hot dog brands…I am particularly fond of Camellia’s and Wardynski’s…the above was created with ingredients procured from the Broadway Market…homemade sauerkraut and pickles from The Famous Horseradish stand…Camellia’s wieners…onions…rolls…Weber’s Mustard…Texas Brand hot dog sauce.
I know you can get most of the products almost anywhere in WNY, but things always seem to taste better from the Broadway Market.

I slap all of the above on a perfectly grilled hot dog…it is a culinary delight…as pathetic as it may sound, I was looking forward to this all day and was not disappointed…add some corn on the cob to the mix…perfect!
Hot dog artistry is underappreciated on the local food scene.
