Speaking of yesterday…
I got to spend a few hours with Patrick Finan (editor) and Ben Siegel (writer) of Block Club Magazine talking with them about BFA and taking both on a tour of the neighborhood.
They were blown away…I especially loved the look on their faces when I took them inside Corpus Christi…they were in awe.
When we wrapped up the tour and meeting, they summed up B-F in three words…poetential…potential…potential!
Block Club Magazine is new…they have one issue under their belt and the next is due out in July…the magazine is going to focus on Buffalo and WNY from the neighborhood level…good stuff.
You can find it in places where Artvoice, Buffalo Rising and other such publications are distributed.
