This month we find ourselves in great need of nonperishable food items. Anything from cereal to canned soups, from tuna fish to peanut butter and jelly to boxes of macaroni and cheese. We are seeing many more people coming to us to help supplement themselves and their family with food items. Our shelves are almost completely bare. We are encouraging those that come looking for food items to at least come to our two meals a day served in our dining room but that in turn puts additional strain on our already limited supply of food for meals.
We strive to help those that can cook at home and prepare food for their families to do so to encourage a stronger sense of family and togetherness. But we just do not have the food on our shelves to assist all those who come looking for help.
If you can do anything to help us, we would greatly appreciate it. And if you are reading this page and can do nothing else, please pray. That is of more help than you could ever imagine. Thank you to all who continue to help make the great love and mercy of Jesus visible to the world!
