Time marches on. Or does it?
Residents in the Broadway-Fillmore Avenue section of Buffalo don’t think so. At least not if they are judging by the clock on the Bank of America branch at that corner.
The clock is stopped, and has been for a long time. And that frustrates at least one Fix It reader.
“Can someone please fix the beautiful but broken clock at the bank on Broadway and Fillmore?” Shirley Foster asked in an e-mail to The Buffalo News.
