EB GNPA mtg June 27th

As an aside from Denise’s email below, I’d look to encourage more people from the Broadway-Fillmore area to attend these meetings in general.

It gives you an opportunity to help chart the course of the neighborhood in terms of a long range plan.

The meetings and planning are open to input from everyone. 

Just a reminder that our next general meeting will be held on Tue., June 27th at 5:30pm-7pm at the Iron Island Preservation Society office, 998 Lovejoy Street.  Please make an effort to attend because we have a guest speaker Michael McHugh the private developer for the proposed St. Stanislaus Gardens Development project.  To recap the goal of the St. Stanislaus Gardens Development project is to build 20 new homes around the church.  The average home will cost $60,000-$80,000.
 
Please attend and learn more about the St. Stan’s project and work on our implementation strategy for our neighborhood plan.
