Today is a big day for me!
Over 3 years ago I started researching housing scams and last May the Mayors Anti Flippng taskforce was formed.
It has grown to include various branches of law enforcement,public servants,attorneys and many more.Today there is a seminar being held and there has been so much interest that it is sold out and there is talk of holding another seminar later in the year.
I take great pride in what is transpiring and know the work being done is nothing short of amazing!
Another great source of pride for me is BFA, Just thinking of how in such a short amount of time we have brought attention to an area that has been long neglected but is now again being embraced!
There is so much potential in the area and its great to see the renewed interest,I think of all the wonderful buildings and envision them filled with new businesses which will happen, Anyone who invests in the neighborhood will be glad they did so in the future because we already know what the area can be and will be again!
