I was glad to see that the owners of 950 Broadway have enlisted Hunt Real Estate to help sell this building. (Hunt’s listing can be found here—>)

It is an in-depth look at building and its history…pictures, video, etc.
The building is gorgeous inside and out and would be an incredible boost to the Broadway-Fillmore business district if it would become active again.
