It was a pleasure meeting and talking to him. He took a couple photos of me, Michele and Chris on the corner opposite our favorite project,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.broadwayfillmorealive.org\/eckhardt\/\">the Eckhardt Building<\/a>. It was the perfect backdrop for the photo and should definitely help us get the word out about the building.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=Helvetica size=2>It was a great opportunity to showcase some of Broadway\u2019s great buildings and we got Jim enthused enough to tour the area and take some more\u00a0pictures.
