I was in Gloucester, Virginia this weekend attending a Daffodil Festival.\u00a0 While walking around looking at the artist booths and admiring the hundreds of thousands of daffodils that filled Gloucester, inspiration did strike.<\/p>\n

What about a tulip festival for the Broadway-Fillmore Area?\u00a0 Memorial Drive has a lot of city owned green space from Broadway to William.\u00a0 Let\u2019s plant\u00a0thousands of\u00a0tulip bulbs this fall and hold a tulip festival in spring 2007 on Memorial Drive?<\/p>\n

Sound crazy?\u00a0 Sure it does\u2026\u00a0 But this is an idea that may be worth looking into\u2026<\/p>\n
