Tomorrow starts the City of Buffalo\u2019s annual foreclosure auction on properties.<\/p>\n

I took the city\u2019s list of “In Rem” properties and extracted\u00a0 for zip code 14212.<\/p>\n

I organized the spreadsheet by street.<\/p>\n

Some properties on the list won’t be at auction, but it does give you good look at the number in foreclosure.<\/p>\n

It is a three-day auction beginning\u00a0 Monday in the <\/em>in the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center\u2026the homes, businesses or vacant lots will be offered for sale to the highest bidders.<\/p>\n
