On Saturday night, Bishop Grosz pastor of St. Stanislaus Church unveiled plans for a housing development around parish.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have got to take back this neighborhood. If we don\u2019t do it, nothing is going to happen here.\u201d ~Bishop Grosz.<\/p>\n

The plan offers housing opportunities for all.\u00a0 It is an attempt by the parish to create a new community of homeowners in the neighborhood.\u00a0 Their\u00a0goal is to offer affordable housing to anyone that is interested in helping revive the neighborhood.\u00a0 There are no income guidelines.<\/p>\n

M&T Bank is offering low-cost mortgages to interested parties.\u00a0 Michael McHugh is the developer. (McHugh has been intregal in the restoration of St. Stans)<\/p>\n
