Douglas Klotzbach, an architect for St. Stan\u2019s Gardens, was kind enough to send me a disc of renderings for the homes going up as part of this development.<\/p>\n

The most interesting part of the development, to me at least, is that developer is putting his own money up for the project.<\/p>\n

A model home will be going up on Townsend Street over the next few months.<\/p>\n

This story is growing\u2026\u00a0 BFA will have more info up soon in terms of financing and a footprint of the plan.<\/p>\n
