\"\" The Central Terminal Restoration Corporation is looking for volunteers to assist during its 14th annual \u201cSpring Clean-Up Day.\u201d This rain or shine event is scheduled for Saturday, May 14, 2011 from 9am-Noon at the Terminal located at 495 Paderewski Drive in Buffalo.<\/p>\n

Over the years, this community volunteer day has positively transformed the Terminal\u2019s concourse and grounds making it a point of pride in the community and allowing for the Terminal to be used for events that generated much needed funds to secure the building.<\/p>\n

\u201cVolunteers are asked to come ready to work with gloves, work attire, sturdy footwear and tools,\u201d said Yuri Hreschyshyn, CTRC Board Member and clean up coordinator. \u201cThese clean-up days have had a profound effect on the complex. The founding of this event over a decade ago started the community\u2019s grassroots interest in saving the Terminal. 2011 is an important year for us as we prepare the building for events that will take place during the National Trust for Historic Preservation\u2019s national conference.<\/p>\n
