It\u2019s a trip back in time and forward to the future, complete with a public market blueprint for success.<\/p>\n<p>If you were to line up Buffalo\u2019s Broadway Market alongside Cleveland\u2019s West Side Market, at first glance they would seem remarkably similar.  Historically, both were founded in the mid to late 1800\u2019s, serving as ethnic marketplaces for the thousands of European immigrants settling around the Great Lakes.  Both were relocated to bigger and better venues in the early 20th century.
