This shot was taken just a few days before opening day, June 22, 1929, before the day long luncheon and celebrations were about to happen. This is the image I see in my mind every time I enter the building. As our efforts progress, that image becomes stronger and stronger.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=2>In eight short days, she will be celebrating her 77th birthday.
