You may remember that last year I posted my Babcia\u2019s Polish BBQ Hamburger recipe<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Well\u2026in honor of my Busia (RIP<\/a>) and\u00a0P\u0105czki Day, I am sharing her P\u0105czki\u00a0recipe with you.<\/p>\n

The vivid of memories I have of going next door to Grandma\u2019s house on Ashley Street while she cooked or baked when I was a child is something that will be with me for as long a I live.<\/p>\n

My Mother was kind enough to put down in print a lot of our family\u2019s recipes a few years ago for me and my brothers. \u00a0Someday these will be passed down to my children\u2026very cool.<\/p>\n

I love that in my Busia\u2019s recipe that she uses \u201cfat\u201d to fry.<\/p>\n
