Marty Biniasz and Eddy Dobosiewicz are lifelong friends. The two spent the 1970\u2019s and 80\u2019s growing up in an East Side Buffalo neighborhood ethnically branded as, Polonia. Their childhoods were defined by Polish foods and traditions served up around architectural landmarks such as Corpus Christi and St. Stanislaus Churches, The Central Terminal and The Broadway Market. It is a shared life experience that has bonded the men with a passionate dedication to \u201cre-inventing\u201d their once vibrant childhood neighborhood. It is also a passion that, at times, makes them lightening rods of distrust and resentment among those equally devoted to the same cause.<\/p>\n
