Today I finally had the opportunity to tour Kaminski Park at Roswell Park.<\/p>\n

The incredible story of Waldemar Kaminski<\/a>\u2026a now Broadway Fillmore legend\u2026is something that can inspire us all.\u00a0 The \u201cquiet grocer\u201d who gave millions away to local charities out of the public\u2019s eye is one that should never be forgotten.\u00a0 I knew the man<\/a>.<\/p>\n

My father had bypass surgery at Buffalo General this afternoon.\u00a0 While sitting around in the waiting room, I decided to take a walk to Roswell\u00a0Park and shoot some video of\u00a0Kaminski Park. (I hate the whole waiting room thing\u2026)<\/p>\n

It is a beautiful place that is an extension of the Broadway-Fillmore Area and the ideals of its Polish heritage.<\/p>\n

If the world had more people like\u00a0Mr. Kaminski, what a place it would be.<\/p>\n
