While at at Kaminski Park the other day, I bumped into another East Side advocate\u2026David Torke.<\/p>\n

Dave has an uber blog called fix buffalo today<\/em><\/a>\u00a0<\/em>that deals with East Side issues.<\/p>\n

\u201cI checked out Buffalo\u2019s newest urban park yesterday afternoon. You\u2019ll remember Waldemar Kaminski and the millions he donationed to Roswell Park. Well there\u2019s a two acre park here that\u2019s named after him on the City\u2019s near East Side. While walking through Kaminski Park I unexpectedly met-up with Chris Byrd, the guy behind the scene at Buffalo\u2019s other blog devoted to East Side events and issues, Broadway Fillmore Alive. Chris is also the pulse behind Performing Arts High School PTO\/alumni organization.
