I<\/font><\/strong>n recent years, Western New Yorkers have embraced the post-Easter, Polish celebration of Dyngus Day with much the same enthusiasm that we \u201care all Irish\u201d on St. Patrick\u2019s Day.\u00a0\u00a0 Corpus Christi Church now hopes to introduce the Buffalo-Niagara region to the Polish version of a holiday that all Americans hold most dear, Thanksgiving.
