Is this Broadway Market week on BFA or what?<\/p>\n

Though their official opening date isn\u2019t till 10\/02, Camellia Meats has already opened its stand at Buffalo\u2019s second most famous retail address. (most famous is 998 Broadway)<\/em><\/font><\/p>\n

I had to zip into the Market today to pick up some documents for their website\u2026much to my surprise I was told that Camellia was open for business.\u00a0 I couldn\u2019t wait to get out of the Market office and run down to check it out.<\/p>\n

Yes\u2026I was excited\u2026\u00a0 This stand fills a void left when Baczynski\u2019s closed after Easter when the owner retired.<\/p>\n

Camellia renovated the area and actually took on more space than Baczynski\u2019s.<\/p>\n

The Broadway Market located at 999 Broadway in Buffalo would like to announce the acquisition of a new butcher. Camellia Meats, founded in 1935 by Edmund Cichocki AND has been a staple on Genesee Street in Buffalo ever since, will have it\u2019s Grand Opening on Monday October 2, 2006. Camellia Meats is now operated by Edmund Cichoki Jr. and his sons: Erik, Patrick, and Peter Cichocki.<\/p>\n

This adds to the Market\u2019s already fine selection of meat stands that include\u2026Max Poultry, Lupas Meats, McKenzie\u2019s, and Malczewski\u2019s.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
