This Monday, May 3, the Adam Mickiewicz Library and Dramatic Circle will host its annual \u201cRaise a Toast to the Polish Constitution\u201d at 6:00 pm.<\/p>\n

Come enjoy a Polish beverage, hear why the constitution was important and enjoy catching up with people.<\/p>\n

The May 3rd, 1791 Constitution was the first liberal constitution in Europe and the second in the world, after the Constitution of the United States.<\/p>\n

Over the last 20 years the date has seen celebrations in Poland and Polish American communities grow.<\/p>\n
