I sincerely hope that some use is found for this stunning curved corner building, since to see it slip into potential decay would be an architectural crime. I&#8217;m something of an aficionado of Art Deco\/Moderne curved corners since my home city is Derby, England &#8211; the city of such curved corners. We have a virtually directly equivalent building in the (curved!) shape of the Co-Operative Department Store, that is still going in its original usage and (almost)with its original tenants &#8211; although admittedly it&#8217;s now the Midlands, rather than Derby Co-Operative Society.
