I found this little gem of a review on Perison\u2019s Restaurant at the Market over at a local blog called Buffalo Food and Other Delights.<\/em><\/p>\n

When I saw the pic above of the Polish-American style BBQ hamburger, it made me think of my Babcia\/Busha and how that burger was served up on many family events in B-F over the years.\u00a0 As the writer of the blog points out, it is not BBQ\u2019d at all\u2026but hey, we are Polish and we come up with our own stuff and names for things.<\/p>\n

I have made similar BBQ hamburgers over the years, but never could get it quite the way my Babcia\/Busha did\u2026the only person to come close is my mother\u2026I may just whip up a batch soon. A few years ago, my mother put together a family recipe book for me and my brothers.<\/p>\n

I will post the recipe later in the week.<\/p>\n
