A little over a year ago, I posted about 798 Fillmore and how it was saved from the wrecking ball<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The East Amherst couple who purchased the home have been dilligently working on securinng and cleaning the property up.\u00a0 The former Wladyslaw H. Zawadzki residence<\/a> is now slowly but surely making its way to recovery.<\/p>\n

The picture above was snapped yesterday…workers are performing some sewer and plumbng fixes.<\/p>\n

I can’t wait for the day when I can post a picture of the property fully renovated and inhabited.<\/p>\n
