Author Jeannine Marie Pitas (daughter of parishioners Carol and Nicholas Pitas) launches her new book of poetry, “Or\/And,” an exploration of those times when it is necessary to make hard choices, stumble through darkness, and seek light. What do we do when we struggle to discern the right path forward, when we stumble between contradictory desires, when we want everything? Jeannine’s poetry explores what happens when this thinking is too rigid. Come here her read from her work on Saturday, May 6 at 2 p.m. in St. Stan’s Marian Hall. Books will be available for purchase, and light refreshments will be served.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
