St. John Kanty Church\u2019s annual Lenten pierogi and placek sale continues each Sunday through Palm Sunday.<\/p>\n

The sale is taking place inside the church’s rectory from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The rectory is located right behind the church.<\/p>\n

Half dozen packages of cheese or sauerkraut pierogi are $12. Placek are $7 a loaf. Both the pierogi and placek are handmade by the dedicated parishioners of the church \u2014 they are fantastic.<\/p>\n

In addition, there is a Basket Raffle, St Adalbert Basilica’s homemade Easter candy, including chocolate Last Suppers, will also be available for sale, as well as tickets for the Basilica’s 50-50 Split the Pot Raffle, which will be drawn on live on Facebook on March 17.<\/p>\n

This is a great way to support two wonderful historic church in East Buffalo’s Historic Polonia.<\/p>\n

St. John Kanty Church is located at the corner of Broadway and Swinburne in Buffalo.<\/p>\n
