Thanks, Bill.<\/p>\n<p>November 8, 1947 \u2013 \u201cScreen Star Sees Historic Iwo Jima flag on Freedom Train Lieut. Col. Robert F. Scott in charge of the Freedom Train which thousands of Buffalonians saw Friday as it paused at New York Central Terminal, shows Screen Star Lana Turner the historic flag raised on Mt. Suribachi, Iwo Jima, subject of the most famous photograph made during the war.
