It was one of the requests we had to the Mayor,\u201d said Bradford Watts, board member of Fillmore Forward.<\/p>\n<p>Neighbors say there was a substation in that area years ago and they\u2019ve been pushing hard to get one back for months.<\/p>\n<p>Mayor Brown says the substations are being added to areas that need a greater police presence.<\/p>\n<p>Some residents say it will strengthen relations between the police and the community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think it\u2019s part of the solution, it doesn\u2019t solve all of the things.
