I always hear people talk about a lot of the different (open and closed) churches in East Buffalo\u2019s Historic Polonia. One I don\u2019t hear a lot about is Saint Joachim\u2019s. This little church was tucked away on Titus Avenue a block off Broadway at the corner of Empire Street. For those not familiar with it, here is a history of the church.<\/p>\n
