sponsored by Fillmore District representative and Common Council President David Franczyk which calls for reorganization of the\u00a0Broadway Market.\u00a0 The Council also supports Franczyk\u2019s\u00a0push for creation of a special task force to examine the Market and\u00a0develop new strategies for it.<\/p>\n<p>The bill calls for reorganization and\u00a0a possible overhaul of market management when its current lease expires.\u00a0It emphasized the city\u2019s strong support for the Market, but called for the need for changes to attract more vendors and
