sponsored by Fillmore District representative and Common Council President David Franczyk which calls for reorganization of the\u00a0Broadway Market.\u00a0 The Council also supports Franczyk&#8217;s\u00a0push for creation of a special task force to examine the Market and\u00a0develop new strategies for it.<\/p>\n<p>The bill calls for reorganization and\u00a0a possible overhaul of market management when its current lease expires.\u00a0It emphasized the city&#8217;s strong support for the Market, but called for the need for changes to attract more vendors and
