Brian Higgins, D-Buffalo, has introduced legislation establishing a housing demolition grant program aimed at vacant, dilapidated housing, his office announced. <\/p>\n<p>The Neighborhood Reclamation and Revitalization Act of 2007 would help pave the way for development and neighborhood revitalization, Higgins said in a statement.
