While I was there, he got Public Works Commissioner Steve Stepniak on speakerphone and I told him about the Paderewski\/Memorial circle&#8217;s lamppost being run over last Friday. He advised that he would send someone out to look at it and have it repaired right away.<\/p>\n<p>Update: from our friend Pam Arbogast (6\/12):<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The city removed the lamppost about 8:30 am.\u00a0 There is just an orange cone in the middle of the circle now.\u00a0 It looks so empty but at least they got started.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Thank you Dave and Steve!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I just got out of a meeting with Council President Franczyk.
