After the story started to make its rounds on social media. The developer was identified as\u00a0Harry Stinson. Stinson has been interested in taking on redevelopment of the Terminal in the past. Today on Facebook, <a href=\"https:\/\/m.facebook.com\/groups\/151800981514267?view=permalink&id=1153482318012790&refid=18&_ft_=qid.6223734399902175602%3Amf_story_key.1153482318012790%3Atl_objid.1153482318012790\" target=\"_blank\">Chris Hawley posted a link to video interview with Stinson done in July of this year in the Preservation Ready Sites Facebook group<\/a>.
