It was second modern constitution (following the United States) and the first for a European country.<\/p>\n<p>The event at AMLDC features a reading of the constitution. This year, the Polish Happy Hour will be coming to help celebrate. Polish Happy Hour is a roaming happy hour that stops at various places around Buffalo and Western New York to bring Polish people together to network and celebrate Polish Pride. It seems a like a natural pairing that it would come to the AMLDC on Polish Constitution Day.<\/p>\n<p>The events start at 1:30pm and last until 7:30pm. The AMLDC has one of the largest selections of ethnic and craft beers in Buffalo.
